The only difference i could find is the more expensive model has nickel plated trigger components, which will make them more resistant to wear and corrosion, but to be honest I've never seen trigger components wear out on any pistol, so this really seems like an unnecessary upgrade to me, but it will look nice.

David, the difference is the TP9SA has a decocker on the slide (black button in front of the rear sight) and the TP9SF does not have this decocker. Cheers and stay safe!
