Yes, this is an "off roster exemption" "Permissible handguns that are NOT on the handgun roster: ✔ Single-action revolversthat have at least a 5 round capacity with a barrel length of at least 3 inches and an overall length of at least 7½ inches are permitted. ✔ Single-shot pistolsthat are top-break or bolt-action with a barrel length of at least 6 inches and have an overall length of at least 10½ inches are permitted."
