I doubt they do cause in my state PA you can't buy a firearm if your drivers license or ID address doesn't match the state you're trying to purchase the firearm in. Pretty sure most states have the same law.

you best bet is use the FFL locator to find a FFL close to you then call him and ask his price to ship it for you.
