Ben, this pistol has a Striker fired, double action trigger system with Crisp, short reset trigger. Details here : https://www.americanrifleman.org/content/tested-arex-rex-delta-9-mm-pistol/
As James said this is a striker fired double action pistol.
it is a striker fire gun which is not really a single action or a double action a striker fired gun (like this one) does not have a hammer but has a firing pin that is under tension and the trigger releases the firing pin to strike the primer the gun fires and the action cycles resetting the firing pin to be ready for the next shot
This is a striker fired gun that has a "pre-cocked" striker, which will feel much more similar to a single action then a double action. The Arex trigger is very light and crisp and has a solid wall a clean brake, and an audible tactile reset.
