Girsan MC28SA 9mm Pistol
No, that looks like the slide release. It has an internal safety that won't drop the firing pin if the trigger isn't pulled but other than that no safety.

Patrick, this UPC code does not have a Manual Safety, just an Integral Trigger Safety. The picture is the optional Manual Safety version. Cheers and stay safe!
