Joseph, yes, it comes with a 16.5" Chrome Moly 4150 Barrel that is Nitride Treated with 1:10 Twist Rate, Thread Pattern 14 X 1 LH with a Slant Muzzle Brake. Cheers and stay safe!

Joseph, yes, as shown, the VSKA has the standard AK slanted compensator that directs the muzzle blast up and to the right.
