Thomas, it's a shame that CZ has not been of any help to you. Kind of a "Catch" though, is that I am confident if they had a Serial Number (Probably something Buds won't give out) CZ would be able to specify manufacture date and details. I don't think a call in on a picture gives them any incentive to go the extra mile for information. Sorry that this has frustrated you so much.
