you can have it shipped with NO MAGAZINE and then get your own 10 round magazine during checkout you should have a box "use Buds magazine removal service" just check it if you dont see the box you would need to Contact Buds customer service (859) 368-0371 available 9AM to 9PM CST Monday through Friday or use the blue chat now button (9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday) and they will help you . Jaime, Bud's will remove the magazines, but will not replace them, that would be on you. During checkout, after you choose your FFL, a box will pop up asking if you want the magazines removed.
