This can shoot any type of slug or shell with 2-3/4 or 3inch length. I like Winchester's super X rifled slug hollow point it's a 2-3/4 in, 1oz slug moving at 1600fps so has some kick. Usually you can buy them at Walmart but cause covid and ammo shortage Walmart probably won't have them in stock. Hope this helps.

you can use any 2 3/4 or 3 inch 12 ga shotgun shells for slugs you will get you best accuracy with Foster style rifled slugs you can safely use the Sabot type slugs they are made for rifled barrels and usually will not be accurate in a smoothbore barrel
