Assuming I am looking at the same ones you are, The Setter is 2" longer in barrel length and comes with fewer chock tube options - for starters.
The Setter is "engraved receiver" and high gloss the hunter has an "acid etched" receiver. Functionally, other than the 2inch barrel difference, they are very similar.
