Most likely Pre bankruptcy but there is really no way to fully know without a build date from the S/N in fact the batch they got in could contain both pre and post CZ-colt guns. At least for a while the quality and fit/finish will be the same for the guns as they are the same workers on the same machines made to the same specs
Robert, unfortunately, one would need a serial number for the Date of Manufacturer to be determined. Buds Customer may be able to see if their Inventory Dept. has some information at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.
I'd imagine pre bankruptcy doubt cz started pushing them out this quick or atleast in big numbers. The only sure way would be to get the serial number by contacting buds at 859-368-0371. Hope this helps.
