Yes, this is a real Glock. It says Glock 19 USA because they have two different factories where they're made, one in Australia and one in the USA. Some people like the USA made Glocks some like the Australian models, so this just lets you know in which country it was manufactured. Hope this helps.

Matthew, It is a REAL Glock. The 19x is essentially a hybrid - Glock 19 Slide with a Longer Glock 17 Hand Grip. Cheers and stay safe!

Yes this is a G19X, this pistol was developed by Glock USA in Smyrna GA, as a submission to the is military handgun trials, it ultimately lost out to the Sig Sauer M17, but is a much better pistol in my opinion. And just to go ahead and correct Josh's answer Glock is not "Australian" but Austrian, Glock USA is USA based Glock facility, as it is more cost efficient to build them in the USA rather then build them over seas and import them, but they are built to the same exact specs and standards as the Austrian made glocks.
