Gonzalo, it is not NY compliant because it has a threaded barrel and a 17rd magazine. You want model 19127, 10rd and non-threaded barrel, currently out of stock at Bud's. budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/123861/ruger+pc+carbine+9mm+1612+flt+usa+flag+synthetic+10 ...Have a great day!
