You can have the magazine removed, so buds will ship it without a magazine. So you'll have to purchase a 10 round magazine separately to use the firearm. Hope this helps.

James, as a fellow NJ resident, I feel your pain. Bud's will remove the 15rd magazine, but will not replace it, that will be up to you. During checkout, after you choose your FFL, a box will pop up asking if you want the magazines removed. If you post the exact gun, we can help you find the correct 10rd magazine for it.
