To add to the Rainersec scammers that James tried to send you to last time they have 16 compliant ls filed against them with the bbb this year alone.

I just sent CZ an email, if I hear anything back ill let you know. If I was you I'd still email them using the contact form as there's a spot to include the serial number of your pistol, this detail might help them locate a replacement for you
