They are the same gun, one simply has a 30rd mag thus the higher price.

Unless you attend a range with a magazine limit/restriction I recommend the 30rd. For an extra $4 it's worth it.

The lower priced rife has a 10rd magazine to be compliant with locations that have a magazine restriction capacity. If no such laws exist in your neck of the woods, the rifle with the 30rd magazine is your poison. (Same product, different packaging).
