No only the PPS M1 can be sold in CT. Couple of them available here https://www.armslist.com/classifieds/search?search=Walther+pps+m1&location=usa&category=all&posttype=7&ships=

Michael, unfortunately PPS M2 Pistols are not available for transfer in Massachusetts. (This is a PPS not a PPQ)
