Yes, this is California legal. Pump shotguns are pretty safe when it comes to owning them in California. For safety reasons I always recommend asking your local ffl just to be safe. Or if you try ordering off buds if it's legal the website program will let you checkout and buy it, if it's not it won't let you buy it. So simple trick to know if it's legal in your state.
