There are picatiny rails on the front end of the gun so you could add a QD attachment up front, but there is no picatiny, MLOK, or QD points on the stock, so you would need to replace the stock or make some modifications to run a sling ( drill and epoxy in a magpul flush QD attachment) So yes you could with some light mods.
