sorry it does not have the MD required "heavy" barrel so its not MD compliant https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/maryland_restrictions.pdf However I suggest that you check with your local FFL as he has the most up to date rules

No, sorry this is not Maryland legal. I use to live in Maryland I know it sounds stupid but if the rifle has a heavy barrel it's exempt from all the other stupid laws, you just can't have a pencil barrel or government profile barrel. Sorry and hope this helps.
