William, sounds like an out of spec round. Please follow the suggestions here Sir : https://www.mdshooters.com/showthread.php?t=41164
STOP Carefully take it to a Gunsmith!!!!!!!!! Call him to see how he wants you to handle SAFELY getting it to him
If you can separate the upper from the lower id do that 1st before anything else, this'll remove the hammer, from being able to contact the BCG, then if the BCG and charging handle will remove, the lodeged round should come right out, during any of the handling of the rifle ALWAYS keep the muzzle in a safe direction, and dp not put your hands or any body parts in front of the muzzle at any time. If you have any concerns about trying any of that yourself take it to a gunsmith, or qualified Range safety officer at your local range, but be sure to call them 1st and tell them what your bringing their way.
