Hello! I've never heard of Italian Firearms Group until recently. Are they the same as Tanfoglio EAA? A sister company? A clone? In any case, is the "grip" polymer or is the entire "frame" polymer? Are these of respectable quality, durability and strength for the heaviest full power loads?

Scott, It is a Sister company and are very close clone of Tanfoglio line of Pistols. Just the Grips are polymer. The frame and slide are Steel. Quality are equal to Tanfoglio. I would recommend a heavier recoil spring for nuclear 10mm loads. Cheers and stay safe!

The grip is polymer, the frame and slide are metal. No They're two different companies they just cloned the tanfoglio. If you like this check out the sar USA k-12, it's like a tanfoglio/1911 clone and cheaper very nice. Hope this helps.
