No, buds won't modify the magazine or replace it. They will remove the magazine but then you have to purchase a 10 round magazines separately. Sorry and hope this helps.

Thomas, Bud's does not do modifications for internet sales. (They will not even send them to your FFL for compliance work, it must be NJ legal when it leaves Bud's) They will remove the magazine for you, but it will be up to you replace them. If you opt for this, during checkout, after you choose your FFL, a box will pop up asking if you want the magazines removed. As a fellow NJ resident, I feel your pain.

Buds unfortunately doesn't offer magazine pinning service. They do however offer high capacity magazine removal, if you add this to your cart after check out it'll ask if you'd like to remove the high capacity magazines, select yes, then buds can sell you the gun.
