I looked absolutely everywhere and couldn't find the minimum lop. Even on the rock island armory website it just States it has an adjustable length of pull by adding or removing little spacers. In order to get a definite answer I'd contact rock island armory by email at support@armscor.com, or by phone at 775-537-1444. Sorry couldn't give you an exact answer but hope this helps.

I looked everywhere and couldn't find that info, A few reviews said this is very similar to a verreta 1301 and the shortest LOP on the 1301 is 13" They are similar lenght so that is the best guess I could come up with.
