Most states, yes it will ship directly to you since there's no background check necessary. But if you live in certain states like new Jersey probably California and new York it'll have to be shipped to an ffl. I'd recommend adding it to your cart and proceeding to check out, if it's legal to ship to your address it won't ask for a ffl dealer and your good to go. Hope this helps.
