It is an abbreviation for sight, as in the luminescent sights this model has.

as far as I could find SGT has no meaning for this firearm CZ and many other vendors do not use it in the descriptions of this gun

I looked everywhere and couldn't find why they use it. Some sites had it in the description some didn't. I'd imagine Trevor's right and it's just short for sights because this model has luminescent sights but not positive. Sorry and hope this helps.
