It should be relatively soon Jake. With the recent FBI switch back to 9mm and LE 40S&W trade in's going on every where, the release of 40S&W pistols has been slower than normal due to used 40S&W market saturation.

While that is up to CZ I would expect to see one before to long since they already have a p10 in .40 S&W

CZ has had a hard time selling the P-09 and P-07 in 40 cal so I'd doubt that you will ever see one in P-10.
