Id think so I've never actually handled a takedown, if the fire control/trigger group pulls out like on the standard 10/22 it almost certainly would work, the barrel would fit. From promags website "Will fit and free-float all standard cut 10/22® barrels and bull barrels up to .920 in diameter. Extra items include a polyurethane bolt buffer, an extended paddle style magazine release, and a polymer muzzle device that facilitates attachment of gas-block height AR-15 front sights directly to OEM barrels"
