Can someone tell me if High Point Carbines except after market high capacity .45acp magazines from any source or do they only use High Point magazines???

Joseph, as far as I have gathered, they take only Hi Point magazines by Pro-Mag and Red Ball (which are hit or miss for reliability).

Although it will void any warranty and it is something you do at your own risk people have customized allowing their carbines to run 1911 high capacity magazines.  It's not official but something that can be done.
