Michael, not compliant in The Peoples Republik of NJ. It has 2 'evil' features, the pistol grip and threaded barrel. (You are only allowed 1 evil feature) It does not have a flash hider, it has a compensator. All it needs to be NJ compliant is to have the compensator pinned/welded. (And r/p the 30rd mag w/10rd) Bud's will not ship unless it is compliant as is, but plenty of online retailers will ship if your FFL agrees to do the compliancy work (it's an easy fix).
