Thomas, ATI says it Fits: Most SKS Rifles. I would ask ATI Customer Service directly on the D Model Variant at 414-202-0985 Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM CST

It should fit but it never hurts to double check. I'd call ati at 1-800-290-0065 or email at customerservice@americantactical.us. hope this helps.
