I purchased a Remington VersaMax in June 2020. I need to have the charging handle repaired. Anyone know how to have a warranty repair done with Remington. There is zero information regarding this on the internet and no local warranty repair businesses. The number printed on the manual goes to Remington Ammunition. They're useless. The contact form on the internet at remarms.com doesn't go through. Any assistance is appreciated.

So their going by "Rem Arms" now. I just called the number I found 
(608) 275-3340 then option 4 (consumer questions) option 2 (Rem Arms) option 2 again (Warranty and replacement parts)

They're closed today but you can call and leave a voice-mail or give them a ring tommorow.

Remington was just sold this year, so guarantee that's why you're having issues. I tried several numbers the best ones 315-895-3200. Honestly I'd just get a new one they're reasonably priced. Hope this helps and good luck.
