Keymod has holes in the rail, notice how the hole starts big then gets smaller. Now the back of this has two screws. Line up the screws with the big side of the holes, they should just drop into place. Then slide it to the little side of the hole and tighten the screws up.. once they're tight you're done. Hope this helps and hopefully explained it well.
