Yes, this has a picatinny rail on top of the upper receiver. You'll just need a scope and scope rings that will fit a picatinny Rail. Hope this helps.

Bill, yes there is a picatinny rail on the receiver for mounting a scope or red dot. If you want to mount a front sight on the handguard you'll have to first attach a rail section to the top of it near the muzzle, but SIG sells both rail sections and flip-up sights. Have a great day sir!
