I'm not finding any optics ready versions. You could always take it to a qualified gunsmith and get the slide cut to accept red dots, but Little pricey. Cheaper option is they should have a red dot mounting plate, you just remove your rear sight and the plate slip's into the dovetail to take the place of your iron sight. Hope this helps.

No there is not an optics ready version of the P07, there are optics ready versions of the P10 series, or you can get a CZ P07/P09 milled for an optic by Cajun gun works for about $160 https://cajungunworks.com/product/milling-services/
