Michael, yes Sir. Bolt Action Rifles do not carry the same State restrictions as Semi-Auto Rifles. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!

Yes, this is a 22lr and a single shot bolt action, so you're good to go in new Jersey. Hope this helps.
