Yes, according to Springfield all their xd line of pistols can handle +p. They just recommend limited use since it can wear parts out quicker than standard velocity ammo but every gun manufacturer will recommend limited use. As long as you aren't shooting thousands of rounds I doubt you'd ever notice a difference from standard velocity ammo. So yes, you're good to go and hope this helps.
