the way I read the list is that yes it is MA legal however its not on the Buds MA approved list https://www.mass.gov/doc/approved-firearms-roster-7/download Buds list https://www.budsgunshop.com/search.php/type/Firearms/exclusive/mass/caliber/10000719 So I suggest that you check with your local FFL as he should have the latest rules
I'm also not sure cause I'm seeing Glocks on the approved list but I'm reading no Glocks are legal in Massachusetts and the only way to buy one is from a private sale, that you can't buy them directly from a dealer. So I'm thinking it's not Massachusetts compliant/legal but as Randy said I'd check with your local ffl shop, they'll have the most up to date local laws. Hope this helps.
Thomas, it is on the MA Handgun Roster (https://www.mass.gov/doc/approved-firearms-roster-7/download) so you may need to contact Buds directly if the website is preventing you from purchasing at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.
Yes its on the list of approved pistols Glocks are not on the AG's approved list and cannot be sold in MA, except for LE. You can possess a Glock in MA, for example if you live in Maine and move to MA you can legally register and own the firearm in MA as long as the magazines are limited to 10 rounds.
