No this is classified as a pistol, and there are no Mossbergs on the CA DOJ Approved handgun roster. https://oag.ca.gov/firearms/certified-handguns/search

Alejandro, unfortunately no. Being classified as a Handgun/Pistol and not being on the CA DOJ Approved Roster is a no go. Cheers and stay safe!

sorry as a pistol it Must be on the CA DOJ approved list and there are no approved mossberg handguns https://oag.ca.gov/firearms/certified-handguns/search
