According to diamondback they come with a Magpul Moe stock. Like you said I've seen websites with both but I'd imagine diamondback would know best. You could try contacting buds at 859-368-0371 and ask but really think it's the Magpul stock. Hope this helps.

Buds website just glitches and deleted my answer, here it is again with out the links to verify, its a magpul moe stick with no QD, after market stocks are quick and easy to change
