Alexandra, after you purchase your pistol, it will be shipped to a local FFL dealer of your choice who will process your paperwork and transfer your pistol to you. This is effectively your registration.

Alexandra, Depending on what state you live in your FFL will have all the appropriate paperwork for you to complete and will have your firearm registered.
