So the FAR-DOT optic is a reddot that was a team effort by EAA and Girsan to work with the newest match and standard versions of the MC9. This Pistol however is not that version. Buds flunked their description. Sorry but no, this model does not come with a red dot. I have the girsan mc28 with the red dot and great gun very accurate, kinda hard to find extra magazines for it though. Hope this helps.
