Jeremy, Buds does not have a return policy on this accessory and you would need to have warranty repair and/or replacement through EOTECH. Cheers and stay safe!

Eotech would need to do any repair or replacement, unless you purchase buds lifetime warranty at check out, there are no returns if you just decide you don't like it, so if you can id get to a local dealer or range to see if there ls one you can check our in person beforehand.

Unfortunately buds doesn't offer returns on this product. You'd have to contact eotech if any problems occur. Hope this helps.
