When the firearm is delivered to your local ffl, you'll go in and fill out the 4473 ( background check, and transfer form) after approval you'll take the firearm home, if you don't pass, the firearm will be returned to buds and you'll be refunded.
Bee, when your local FFL Dealer receives your firearm, they will contact you to come in and do all necessary paperwork (ATF Form 4473) onsite which is by Federal Law. You will pay a Transfer fee of $25 to $40 and when cleared, take your firearm home. Cheers and stay safe!
