I don't live in the state buds deals out of and I've always been charged tax. Sadly alot of companies are now required to charge taxes, regardless of state. Quite a few online shops I buy from have recently started charging taxes for past year or two. Hope this helps.

buds will charge sales taxes based on where you live here is why. this change came about "On June 21, 2018, the United States Supreme Court fundamentally changed the rules for collection of sales tax by Internet-based retailers. In its decision in South Dakota v.
