No I just got off the customer service chat on RIAs website, this features neither electors or extractors, you have to pull the shells out manually.

It should have one or the other. A shotgun without ejectors is called an extractor gun. All break-action shotguns have extractors that lift the shells above the chamber face for removal when the gun is opened. Ejector guns just have additional spring-loaded mechanisms that spit them out.. Anyway, I'm glad it doesn't have electors.

Paul a extractor just raises the shell so you can manually pull it out and this gun as a extractor I prefer extractor as I dont have to pick up my empties i pull them out and drop in vest pocket

Paul Harrel (whos an Oregonian and a fellow Paul like myself) has a good video that includes this topic. ------------------- https://youtu.be/XJyItAKYyDg -------------------- Watch from 16:25 (I realize the one he shows is a double barrel) but it is a break action. 22:45 he starts shooting and if you look these are pretty clearly not ejecting or extracting, not all shotguns have one or the other, some must be extracted manually. The answer I gave about this shotgun was an answer directly from RIA chat, so if its wrоng they need to train their reps better because that's the answer I was given (after a pretty long wait while they looked up the answer.

Kind of just beating a dead horse at this point 🤜🐎🤛👊🧟‍♂️💀 But Randy i was just relaying what was told to me, ill also admit that my experience with break action shotguns is limited, bit the ones I have shot with extractors have raised the empty shells out far enough to be noticeable. No they do not eject or extract. No big deal just pull them out. This is an excellent shotgun, very good quality. Comes with three chokes. If this is the true picture of the shotgun it does not have a muzzle break. I like this model better.
