That depends on the length of the SUB2K magwell, the CZP01 magazine has the same body dimensions (except for lenght) as a standard CZ75 magazine, this product is a magazine catch to let you run cz mags in your Kel-Tec, if you already have the Kel-Tec and an SP-01 try inserting the magazine and see if there is any of it sticking out, if there is it will almost certainly work, if not it won't insert far enough to lock up. If you don't own either gun yet just buy cz75 magazine ls because these are known to work, and lock in
