Nathaniel, this shotgun has a 3.5 inch chamber and holds (4) 2 3/4 inch or (4) 3 inch shells (only 1 inch difference so you cannot get a 5th 2 3/4 shell in and only (3) 3.5 inch shells.

4 mag +1 chamber with 2 3/4 and 3 inch shells 3Mag +1 chamber 3.5 inch shells

You can fit 4-3 inch shells and 4 2-3/4 inch shells but only 3-3.5 inch shells. Hope this helps.
