I usually use ammoseek for ammo, it's a site that looks for the cheapest price across the internet and came up with nothing. Only place I found selling any is gunbr0ker, they're a site that allows private owners and small shops to sell their products so they usually have rare and hard to find firearms and accessories and ammo. I looked they have some but it's pricey. Hope this helps.

And yes this is still being produced. Just with covid and riots driving up the demand for firearms, accessories and ammo it's extremely difficult to find some things and 44-40 ammo seems to be one of them. Like I said only place I found to be selling any was gunbr0ker.
