What is going out with the chat feature? It's not popping up on my device or my home computer. It's been like this for a couple of weeks now

I'm not sure mine only pops up when I'm looking at products or type something in to search. Think it only works once in awhile on phones, not sure about computers or tablets. You can contact buds customer service at 859-368-0371 Monday thru Friday 9am to 9pm. Hope this helps.

Ellis, if I'm using Firefox, the chat feature does not show up, but it does show up on Safari, so you may need to try another browser. Have a great day!

Buds website has been wonky lately, I think they are doing maintenance on the site, and if they aren't they should be.
